Not sure where to start?

Find the right bike for your trip

Not sure which bike to rent? Have a quick look at the suggestions below; our staff will advise you further when they contact you.

  • Daily commute or school run

110cc bikes are fuel-efficient and easy to weave through rush hour. Rent by the month for the lowest daily rate.

  • Sightseeing for a few days

The Vision is light and easy to get used to if you are new to scooters; the Lead has a big storage box for helmets, rain gear and personal items.

  • Long rides and road trips

The 125cc versions are stronger and smoother. Smart Key needs no key to insert; the key ignition version uses a familiar key. Remember to tell Motorent before you ride out of town.

  • Friends and family groups

    One bike each

You can pick several bikes in one request; the deposit is 1,000,000 VND per bike. Tell Motorent how many bikes you need when you leave your details.

  • Long stays and monthly rentals

    Every model

The daily rate steps down across 6 tiers, from 1–2 days to 1 month. From 7 days up, you will already see a clearly lower price.

  • Not sure which bike to pick

    Ask our staff

Tell Motorent how many people are riding, for how many days and roughly how far; our staff will suggest the right model.

Check your bike and ride safely

Check the bike before you take it

  • Take a few photos around the bike (existing scratches) and of the fuel gauge together with our staff before you ride off.
  • Test the front and rear brakes and the horn; switch on the headlight, turn signals and check the brake light.
  • Look over the tyres (wear and pressure), both mirrors and make sure the seat is secure.
  • The bike comes with 1 litre of fuel, 2 helmets and a rain poncho; ask how to open the storage box and lock the bike if you are unsure.
  • Save Motorent's number in your phone so you can call right away if you need to.

Riding tips for Ho Chi Minh City

  • Always wear your helmet properly with the strap fastened, even on short rides.
  • Rush hour is crowded and bikes ride close together: keep your distance and avoid sudden braking.
  • Rain makes the road slippery: slow down, and brake early and gently.
  • Use the map on your phone from a phone holder, or stop somewhere safe before looking at it; never hold it while riding.
  • Park where someone watches the bikes and lock the steering; do not leave documents or valuables in the storage box.
  • Carry your ID and driving licence with you when you ride.

Quick contact
